    ms sara tool error - will not run


    hi, i'm trying to repair office 365 but the SARA tool by MS gives an error, please see attached error log
    any help will be welcome!

    ALTHOUGH SARA DID RUN - THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM APPEARED - I'LL START ANOTHER THREAD...

    I THINK I SOLVED THE PROBLEM - IN THE ERROR LOG IT REFERS TO 3 INSTANCES OF SARA IN SOME OBSCURE LOCATIONS - I WENT TO ALL AND DELETED THE CONTENTS!

    OK HOPEFUL FINAL EDIT
    SUCESSFULL RE-INSTALLED OFFICE 365, AFTER
    1. I RAN THE MS SCRUB TOOL, IT FOUND REMAINS OF 4 OLD OFFICE INSTALLS [YES I AM OLD]
    2. THEN I RAN TWEAK.COM TO RESET ALL PERMISSIONS ON REGISTRY AND WINDOWS FILES
    3. DID SFC / SCANNOW FROM CMD
    4. DID DISM REPAIR FROM CMD
    5. RE-RAN SARA AND INSTALL WENT SMOOTH

    What does the error say?
    Is it for all 365 apps? Or just one?

    Uninstall Office 365 Restart Computer and reinstall it.
