    Yes:

    Internxt-Drive-Setup-2.0.6.exe

Does it show up in Control Panel > Programs & Features?
If so... uninstall it from there, and then....

Get EMCO Unlock IT (link in post #3), and install that.

Then... right click the folder that won't delete and choose: Unlock IT > unlock
Once it's "unlocked" you should be able to delete it.
Or... Unlock IT > Delete (if it's says it's not locked)

I noticed that Internxt Drive immediately tried to connect to... I assume the cloud storage.
You may have to block that connection in your Firewall, before you can delete that folder.

My firewall (Bitdefender), automatically blocked the connection.
Which may be why I could uninstall the leftover folders.

Thanks but I didn't have any luck unfortunately.

I tried EMCO Unlock IT to delete the folder and it said it had deleted it but after closing and reopening File Explorer it was still there.

I tried reinstalling Internxt and then blocking it in my third party firewall but this didn't make any difference.

    Very strange!

Can you log into the cloud storage, then log out?
Then try to delete the folder.

Or maybe boot into Safe Mode and try to delete the folder there?

Right click the Taskbar and select Task Manager, go to Startup Tab. If that app is there Disable it.
Go back to the Process tab, if that app is running, Right click and End the Task. That should allow you to Delete it.

There are several locations this app may be.
Browse to C:\Users\UserName\Public. If viewing Hidden Files, see if this is in Public Desktop, etc
Also, Browse to C:\Users\Userame\AppData\Roaming and Local.
Then go C:\Proram Files and C:\Program Files (x86)
If you find this apps folder, Delete it.

Finally, go to Search and type Regedit and press Enter. First backup the Registry
Then go to the Toolbar to Edit/Find in the Find What box type the apps name and press Find Next.
It will stop at a string related to this app. Press the Del Key, then press the Enter key to accept the deletion, and then press F3 to continue searching the Registry
Do these last 3 steps over and over again until you get the message, Finished Searching the Registry.
Restart the computer and the file should be gone.

    Try this method.
    Select the file/folder
    RIGHT click on it
    select Properties
    select the DETAILS tab
at the bottom of the window, select "Remove properties and personal information"
In the new window select the SECOND radio button, "Remove the following peoperties from the file"
in the same window select ALL
    select OK
in the DETAILS tab window select OK
    Hopefully that might work.
