    No Boot device found?

The title says it all! My wife's Dell Laptop worked without error until this morning, but when she started it today it came up with this message on a black screen, and a repair didn't fix it?
My feeling is that the hard drive has failed? But before I open it up and change the drive I need confirmation?
    What do you people think?

You need to boot it from a Windows 10 Installation USB flash drive. When the first setup screen appears, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt. Run:
    diskpart
    list disk
    select disk 0
    list part
    list vol

See what you get for results.

Run the Dell pre-boot diagnostics > take pictures > post images or share links displaying the tests performed with results
