Right click mouse popup non-stop at top right corner of desktop

I am using an old Toshiba A660 laptop with Windows 10. Suddenly today, this right click popup keeps coming out on the top right of screen- If I do something else (click anywhere else), it disappears only to reappear again at the same location. It looks like the normal right click when in desktop mode. Even though my mouse is at the center of the screen. Whatever I press/do, the popup keeps coming back out. No mouse is attached-only trackpad. I have a gamepad attached, but even though it is detached- the popup is still there.

    Any ideas?

    (Refer screenshot for popup)

    (Top-*Left corner.)

Do you have any 3rd party program that's automatically pressing Shift+F10?

I'm guessing something is wrong with the trackpad. I've attached an external mouse and diabled trackpad while external mouse is connected. Solved the problem

The Right click button for the Track Pad is stuck.
You can try cleaning blowing it out with compressed air. And rubbing around with a Q-Tip
Or removing the top panel and either resetting the button or replacing it.

The easiest thing to do is what you are doing by disabling the track pad and using an external mouse.

Yes. That is the preferred method. Though I'm happy with the current solutions as the Toshiba A660 is only sometime used by my son to play web browser games. Battery is dead. Permanently on wire connection. It is a 13 year old laptop with Windows 10 on top of it.
