Lesson learned: Don't upgrade but make a clean install. There are always gremlins with upgrades.
I know that, but for some reason I can't get my office 365 to activate (danish office 2013 in an English "beta" OS), unless I upgrade from a working Windows 8.1 (danish) with Office 365 activated.
Hmm, that's an odd case. I guess you are stuck with upgrades. Lesson learned - try to avoid Danish.

Upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10 newest build 3 days ago, and recieved the big update earlier today. My problem is, that Chrome can't be updated anymore, automatic or manually.

If I open Chrome menu and select "About Google Chrome", I just get this message:
    Version 39.0.2171.99 dev-m

Updates are disabled by the administrator

If I uninstall Chrome, and reinstall from scratch, I got newest version of Chrome again, but updates are still disabled by the "administrator".

Is there a fix for this?
Other using Chrome have seen this?

I tried to do a clean install on another HDD, and chrome is not handicapped in the clean install, only when upgrading from windows 8.1 to windows 10.

Mine is an upgrade and I don't see your update problem.

    Version 40.0.2214.93 m (64-bit)

Google Chrome is up to date.

I guess, but I don't think it's supposed to go like that.
    Why?

My guess is you have disabled or minimized the taskbar search. If you had that in its full size, you would notice that this search occupies the exact same space as the taskbar search, so it overlays it... essentially using the same space. I don't really understand why people have such a hard time understanding how this is supposed to be a good thing.
I have the same problem. The taskbar search occupies start menu space - but it is totally not functional. You can't type anything into the search. You think that is a good thing?

On PC Settings window, all items open up except "System". Whenever I double click "System" it just closes the PC Settings window and nothing happens afterwards. Is that how it is suppose to work?
Those icons in Settings work with single left click. Try if that works, single left click instead of double click.

    *****UPDATE******

First of all, @Kari was right. Only one click is needed to open items inside the Settings window.
The "System" icon is not broken but it's really buggy (at least on my installation). It took me so many attempts to make the "System" icon work. It's like once in every 50 attempts. Here's an edited video (I had to cut it short to show that the "System" icon worked). But then when I highlighted "Share", it crashed on me.

Just for comparing notes - I have none of those problems. Everything works.

yup... I emphasized "at least on my installation". Could be the 4 monitors, the modified Start Menu, etc. I really don't know. But I could live without it. :)
