No matter what , i have a system icon missing in taskbar.. Crazy bug!

Hello, so i just made a fresh install of W10 LTSC 2021 (21H2) and i have a crazy bug : there are 5 main system icons there which are control center, power, network, sound and usb. USB and ControlCenter seem fine. The issue appear to be with the 3others. What's happening is basically i ALWAYS have one missing. When i turn off one of them and turn it back on, it just removes one of the others! When i move them, it makes one disappear and another reappear..!! I did clean taskbar cache using CCleaner and did reboot of course, no change. Ever seen that? What to do?

Do you have Always show all icons in the notification area turned on?

Go to "settings" and type in "turn icons on or off". It will bring you to the page where you can set which system icons you want to see.

then there is another setting: "select which icons appear on the taskbar"
and you can choose either always "show all" or select which ones.

I know that and tried of course. As said, it was going crazy all the time. I had a secondary device plugged in. Seem like change settings related to it help to solve the issue. For now..
