If yours also says "Get", then yes, my next suggestion would be to install it, then Uninstall it. It could remove leftover Registry entries which somehow stuck around. Quick request too, (first, let's HOPE this fixes it), but if not, can you expand that right-click entry by placing your mouse over it, so it shows things in that menu, on the right. Take a screenshot of that if possible.
    - I installed it and removed it using Revo uninstaller (under the Windows Apps section).
-The offending right click item is still there.

I searched the entire hard disk for "pinterest" and got 7 hits but they don't look suspicious (screen shot attached)

I searched the registry and got the following results:
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppContainer\Storage\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wek yb3d8bbwe\Children\001\Internet Explorer\DOMStorage\pinterest.com

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppContainer\Storage\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wek yb3d8bbwe\Children\001\Internet Explorer\EdpDomStorage\pinterest.com

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppContainer\Storage\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wek yb3d8bbwe\Children\001\Internet Explorer\DOMStorage\pinterest.com

This looks like there is some connection to MS Edge or Internet Explorer. I have never used IE but I loaded it to examine. This was a challenge because I kept getting redirected to Edge. I finally loaded IE and searched for pinterest extensions but didn't find anything. I also looked at MS Edge and didn't find anything.

I've attached an expanded screenshot of the pinterest right click as well as the list of pinterest search hits.

Try to select one of those entries on the right, for example the first one. Does it open with some application, or nothing happens?

Try this app, if it has this option. I don't remember if the free version of this app can let you open that specific thing. If it does, it might take some time to find on the right side that weird entry or something. You can try searching for PPT or OCR and maybe that narrows the results down or something.

Yes it means that extensions that are added can do this behavior. We have no way of accessing your computer and with what little info you have given, we can only give you suggestions. You are showing some other questionable stuff in right click, run FRST Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and post the resulting log.
    I've attached the requested logs.

Edited to remove files after problem was solved.

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot in your first post, you said you tried ShellExView? Try a different app from the site below

Edit from my last post. I don't think the free version has that setting.
But here's other 3rd party apps that can probably detect that context menu and you can disable it:

5 Free Tools To Manage The Context Menu In Windows

    try ShellExView
(important: don't disable things you don't know, or sound weird. I have MANY yet my right click menu is very simple. Many of the stuff is Windows related, and it might break something if you disable stuff you dunno about)

    I gotta long list:
(look at the Product Name column. There's many Microsoft things. Don't disable those)

Edit: Also, another thing I noticed. I searched for Pinterest. Their icon is in red. The letter "P" on your computer looks very similar to theirs. But the one you have is blue, which is different. Just a small observation.

I took that icon, expanded it and did a reverse image search. I see Disney & Pandora:
    Bing

But what's weird is that the right click context menu looks like its an app that can convert your PDF to a different type of document.

    Solved

    Here's my update.

I had searched my HD for Pinterest and got 7 hits, four of them in a program file for Apowersoft PDF Converter (post 11). I don't remember installing or using this program. (It must have been for a one time issue). Anyway, I removed the program using Revo Uninstaller. Presto, the offending right click entry is gone - problem solved.

Thank you to everyone who offered help and suggestions.

I saw that and the other items that are listef but did not know what you are using. I would go through and remove all but the core programs that you need to finish the cleanup.
