    Missing from 'Quick Access'

There was a time my Panasonic DVD Recorder would appear under 'Quick Access" and I could explore it.
It's not there now, but still shows under Settings-Devices. It's connected by wired LAN.
Is there any way to get it back into Quick Access?

If it appears appropriately when you use it, you can then pin it

Put a disc in the drive, like a DVD movie, start your DVD player software and it should show up. Once it is in This PC, right click it and choose Properties/Network tab. It should tell you the IP Address of it. Next time it is lost, Press the Windows key +R in the run box type the IP address of the drive (ie) \\192.168.1.xx or the Name of the device (ie) \\[DVD-Drive] Or right click This PC and choose Map Network Drive

Many thanks for the replies. I had some success. Initially I was sure the DMR-XW440 was not showing in Explorer (or so I thought) but then it was there and a r-click offered 'Pin to Quick Access" which I did and it has. All good.
But on a 2ne Win10 machine similarly connected to the LAN it shows in Network-Media Devises. But I cannot Explore to it. Is there any way to add this to Explorer or quick access like on the first machine? I can add a shortcut to it but only see the shortcut properties.

In File Explorer on the machine that sees it, copy the name down or its IP Address and in the troubled machine, type it into the Run box (ie) \\DMR-XW440 and press Enter. If it is connected to a computer, you have to type the Computer name then the device name, \\[computer-name\DMR-XW440
or on the computer that the drive is on, Right click it and choose Properties then Sharing tab and Share the drive.

If I try that in the run Dialog, I get
    Network Error
    Windows cannot access \\DMR-XW44O
Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try
to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose.
    Error code: 0x80070035
The network path was not found.

However if I open Network in Explorer I see it as a media device but r-click properties does not show a sharing option.
