Right click a blank spot on the desktop and choose Display Settings. Set the Resolution and Refresh Rate to (Recommended) for that monitor see what resolution works best for you. Also, you can reset Scaling that's best for you, if 100% is too small try 125%
Set Scaling back to 100%, or increase it, whatever works for you, reset resolution to one that works for you. Play around with both of these settings until you find the one that works for you.

I tried that and it didnt help, but i figured out that without those errors today (in the event manager) that second monitor isnt acting up.

    GigabyteOLEDDisplayService error for example

aaaand there it is again, with all thoses errors showing up in the event manager, i think there is a connection

    - Kernel Event Tracing ID 2
    - GigabyteOLEDDisplayService
    - Kernel Power ID 41
    - Kernel Boot ID 29

it also says something aboout unexpected shutdown, which did not happen

    - - - Updated - - -

The service cannot be started. The handle is invalid

this is what the gigabyteoleddisplay error says

What happens if you only use one monitor?
What is the make and model# of your motherboard?
Try booting into Setup (Bios) and set the Bios to Defaults? If that still is an issue, go to the Motherboard Manufacturers web site and type in your model# and download the latest Bios Update.

If you continue to have problems with one monitor, then download the Chipset driver from your Mobo manufacturers site .B550 Gaming X V2 (rev. 1.x) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global If this only happens with the 2nd monitor, then it is a monitor issue.

tested it on each day now since your suggestion. The Error occurs but has no effect on my main monitor, the moment i plug in my 2nd monitor, no matter if cold boot or booted system, the screen instantly goes whack.

    i also updated chipset driver

Again, if it only happens when the second monitor is plugged in and it doesn't happen with one monitor then it is the second monitor that is the problem.
To fully test, you need a new monitor to plug in that is the same size and supported resolution as close to your main monitor and see if it happens. See if you can borrow a friends. If there is no error, it's the second monitor, nothing to do with your computer or graphics card.
