The framework installations keep failing due to it saying not being connected to the internet. Yet, I can browse the internet with no issue.

Why would you not expand the relevant sections before posting... like display adapters and system devices in addition ???

80072FE means you have no network. If your chipset is not correctly installed the NForce controller will fail to work properly.

Or Make sure that your Ethernet wire connection is good and working.

Use a Driver Discovery Software... Once the chipset installed, The network card detected should be a Realtek RTL8201N controller...

The NForce chipset is a little world of it's own. and I doubt that Win10 would be happy on that hardware.

Which is imo the goofiest thing ever done by AMD. And should be destroyed on sight
@MaloK. If you will read more, the adapter says it's fully connected to the internet as I can browse the web as I am supposed to.

Show us your devices expanded... If your NForce chipset is not installed your Video, sound and network, could have problems...

Try to use "Snappy Driver Installer" to see what it looks like.

But from your last screenshots... Everything looks installed, but we can't see...

Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type "winver", click "OK" and make sure you are running Service Pack 1. If not, download it from Microsoft and install it. The one on the bottom is for 32 bit systems, but if you have a 64 bit version, use the x64 download.

After it's installed, download and install the 2015 Servicing Stack update. This will allow a clean installation of Windows 7 SP1 to use the modern day version of Windows Update.

After this, Windows Update should take over and download the rest.

Until you have Windows 7 updated to a certain point you will get errors if you try to use Windows Update. That means to get there you have to do the updates manually until this problem is corrected.

To see which version of Windows 7 you have:
    1. Go to the Start search box and type Winver
    2. It should find winver.exe
    3. Click on winver.exe
    4. You should see something like this

It will indicate if you have Service Pack 1 or not

    1. Update with Service Pack 1 if needed. Ask here and somebody can probably say where to get it.

    2. Update with convenience update (unofficial SP2 for Windows 7). See the following for instructions:

How to obtain and install Windows 7 SP2 https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...9-48e1e883051e

Just a couple weeks ago I reinstalled Windows 7 on a computer much older that yours. The motherboard came out in 2003.

Once I got the computer updated everything worked. It has two wired Ethernet controllers. They both work. Right now I am using a wireless controller because I don't have a long enough wire to reach the router.
Below you see the nForce Networking Controller in the Device Manager
