That was some key information. You can try booting off your Windows 10 install media and running a repair, especially if you can't get into the system at all now, not even in Safe Mode.

If all else fails, since it was previously working and activated, you can do a clean install.

Please advise EXACTLY what options you used for the repair and describe EXACTLY what happened. Have you had any success getting into safe mode?

Nothing to inform people about. Because I ran disc repair, it said it would take more than a hoır, but it never finished, so I had to close it. I was just playing AC U, then it froze, so I had to shut my system down from the power button... After I started my pc... you know what happened.

It's about trying to eliminate where the fault lies. So if you can successfully boot into Windows Safe Mode without any problems, you are, for instance, booting in to an environment without many services or drivers loaded, which **could** indicate that a driver or service is causing an issue. That is just an example.

    Quote from Microsoft:
Safe mode is a troubleshooting option for Windows that starts your computer in a limited state. Only the basic files and drivers necessary to run Windows are started. The words Safe Mode appear in the corners of your monitor to identify which Windows mode you're using.

If an existing problem doesn't reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic device drivers as possible causes. If you don't know the cause of the problem, you can use the process of elimination to help you find the problem. Try starting all of the programs you commonly use, including the programs in your Startup folder, one by one to see if a program might be the cause of the problem.

The easiest way to regain access to Win10 (as stated earlier) is to a completely clean install. I am assuming that had backed up all your data before upgrade and that Win10 had successfully activated.

Otherwise you need to post screenshots of everything that is happening when attempting safe start. If screenshots are not working then take the photos on your phone camera and upload. When posting any screenshots/photos, please add descriptive information about what you are seeing and doing. If language is a significant problem in describing what is happening then I suggest you do the clean install. :)
