Black screen with HP logo before login menu

    I had the same problem on hp laptops.. it's afaik the uefi\efi bios problems.. I would suggest you to update your computer to the lates t bios on the HP official page, that solved all my issues.

    Im doing a clean install and I didnt had important files except some photos. No problem as I can see. Ill keep you guys updated

    Which HP model you have? Can you give us a little more information.

    Did you install Eset after Windows 10 Upgrade or was installed in Windows 8.1/Windows 7 ?

Hi, on my dell laptop I installed windows 10 perfectly fine. I then did a restart of the laptop but every time I turn the laptop on the dell logo shows up and then...... Nothing. Just a black screen. anyone know how to fix? thanks in advance ...
