Help Creating Fix All Script In PS

I searched and searched Google for this one. But I was unable to locate the configuration actions. Are they called something else below the actual name of it?

What does "this one" refer to?

Oh, sorry. So I am now trying to find the command to run all actions located under the configuration manager in the control panel.

I cannot find "configuration manager" in Control Panel on my Windows 10 Home.
Does it exist in Windows 10 Pro?

Here is a screenshot of what I see.

At my end, under "Adjust your computer's settings", there is "Credential Manager" but no "Configuration Manager".

Configuration Manager requires Microsoft Endpoint Manager installed.

"Configuration Manager" will only be present if Microsoft Endpoint Manager is installed. It's an enterprise tool.
