Delay in Opening up Files

    Delay in Opening up Files


    When opening up any files there is a 20-30 Sec delay on my PC. I do not have this problem on my Laptop

    I use Windows 10 on both

    It would be appreciated if someone could advise on how to resolve this

    What are the specifications for the PC ?
    Those given are for the laptop and aren't relevant.

    The specifications for the PC is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

    Ram is 16GB
