Device Manager does not like being printscreened

A minor thing but weird nonetheless.

I have set OneDrive to automatically save printscreen screenshots when pressing the concerning Printscreen key on the keyboard.

However, it is ignoring these key strokes and not saving anything whenever Device Manager is the active window on the desktop. You can still paste the screenshot in Paint however so it is somehow copied in the background.

Anyone else able to reproduce this bug?

I am curious, if you start say Notepad as admin, or "Task Manager", are you then able to make OneDrive capture them?

    Nope, same issue happens.

Were you able to reproduce this as well with the Device Manager as the active window?

No, I don't actually use OneDrive, but if you have a look at Task Manager, it is quite probable that all such programs where you are not able to take screenshots, are running without UAC Virtualization.

For eg, I have a powershell script which activates various programs and takes their screenshots, and I see the same behaviour, and the only way it can make it take screenshots of such programs, is if I run the script itself as admin (although I am not recommending that you do that with OneDrive).

The only conclusion I came to was that it was some kind of Windows protection where only scripts/progams run as admin were able to take such screenshots, or interact with them (I may be totally wrong though!).
