    Hi,

Have you tried to run most common reparation commands ?

    chkdsk /scan
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Please create a new user for test purposes. Advise if it still happens.
If it doesn't, general Windows repairs will not help.

Boot to Safe Mode. Again, advise if it happens. Thanks.

From error codes 5001 and 0x80070002, it looks like it's trying to install something that requires a reboot but it's still failing to install it. Something may have gotten corrupted along the way.

There's a Windows Update troubleshooter that you can run to diagnose update problems. Try that. (In the Search Box, type "troubleshoot Windows Update") If that fails, the next step is to clean out the attempted setup.
Go into Services, stop the Update Service, clean out the Software Distribution folder of any stuff, restart the Update Service, and then reboot.

    Hello
Woa you guys are amazing! Thank you so much!

Right so I've tried > @MaloK solution 1st. It appears to be "working" testing the status now.
    @
dalchina I will try your solution after MaloK, thank you! @Eksy61 I've tried troubleshooter, no luck, I removed the folder. I've restarted & error still appeared. What else can I do to remove this error? He's trying to install it somehow, or maybe its a different app, but I don't know where the exe start is located so I can remove it/install it manually.

@dalchina I will try your solution
    - not a solution - but a check to see if it's account specific.

As I said, if so, general fixes like SFC/DISM/in-place upgrade repair install would be irrelevant, and it is, as said above, something attempting to install.

At that point you could check your startups, and disable them by groups or in turn to see if it's related to one of those.
Otherwise, it could be a scheduled task- a check for update that is failing.

I've gone over starutp. I did not see any apps there I would not want to start.
I checked Task Schedule as well, found 2 entries that I could drop so I did. Will restart it & see if it helps.
Could this be a windows update trying to install ?

    Regards

The point is not what you want to start, but whether your problem is related to something that is trying to start. Do you understand the difference?

I.e. you have to try something... do some diagnosis. Or stay as you are- it's your choice of course.

If it was a Windows Update, you might see something in your Update History.

Then there are other forms of startups... all are listed by Autoruns (free from MS).

    Whilst you could try
AppCrashView - View application crashes (.wer files) in Windows 7/Vista
I suspect it won't add anything.

But if, by a process of elimination, you stop the crash occurring, you may discover something useful.

    This relates to
On top of that, every time I start PC I got this error pop up >
rather than your explorer issue of course.

Await test using new user acct.
