Touch Keyboard only starts when I click taskbar icon

    Touch Keyboard only starts when I click taskbar icon


    How can I get it to start when in Tablet Mode I touch the Touchscreen where I want to type please?

    Windows has no facility for doing what you want.

    The only settings for the Touch keyboard are those in: Settings, Devices, Typing

    The "it" I want to start automatically is the touch keyboard.

    As it is - I click in to where I want to type and then click the keyboard icon and then it pops up and can be used.
