Yes did that as well but it didn't download anything. Is the module download instantaneous?

Try it via the regular update. My other PC did it that way, no need to change it.
I cleared the cache first time round. Ok it was downloading an update and cancelled for some reason with an error message. Cleared cache and but shows yesterdays update date.
Going to try regular update
Update: Ok got the cleaner 1114 module, rebooted and icon positions still change

In this topic, many solutions are written and I was suffering from this rearranging icons issue like many others and tried all the solutions and none of them worked.I haven't tried the last solution about updating eset because I solved the issue by trying something else.Last thing I tried was opening a task in the task manager to make the eset fix bat file execute but it didn't work either.Every time I reboot, icons were on the left side again. Then I tried something simple. In one of my software, which allows me to add and remove start up programs, I added that bat file as a start up program so whenever I start or reboot my laptop that file is executed automatically and the problem solved until then.Doesn't matter if I reboot or close laptop and start again later, icons are where I want them to be.Thanks for all the support given here.
OK working after doing a PC scan. I have v7 on my PC, would I need to update v8 or v7 can download the module?
ESET Smart Security v9.0.318.0 have just been released.
ESET :: Download :: For Home :: Detail :: ESET Smart Security 9
Can someone confirm if applying the fix that we have provided in this thread works with the latest ESET installed?
