Turn off the voice assistant voice on the users login screen

How do I turn off the voice assistant voice when I click on the Accessibility icon on the Windows 10 20H2 users login screen?

On the sign-in screen, select the Ease of Access button in the lower-right corner, and turn On or Off the toggle under Narrator. Or go to Settings / Ease of Access / Narrator, and then turn On or Off the toggle under Use Narrator.
