Focus Assist - how can I uninstall it

Configuration: Windows 10 x64 bit latest version, 64 Gig Ram, ATI 8 Gig Video

I lost my Windows boot sector installing an old version of Malwarebytes. Manually copied the data - formatted the hard drive and reinstalled everything - yes it took two days with all the updates. Now I have two major issues I really need help on.

    1. When I go to install the Xerox print driver it fails because it could not establish a queue????????? Nowhere can I find anything about fixing this??????????
    2. When I use the keyboard the panel I am keying into moves around, jumps back and forth. I have turned off focus assist completely, every last part of it. Nothing, no change. I have uninstalled the ATI video driver. Nothing, no change. I have uninstalled the Logitech drivers. Nothing, no change.

Can anybody help me stop this insidious software (?) from bouncing the panel I am keying into ????????

    Thanks, Stu

Download latest version of Xerox print driver.

Product Support and Drivers – Xerox

Go to Settings app > System > Focus Assist. Turn Off all options under Automatic rules:

Or set it to Alarms only and hide all notifications.

Is it possible to disable it somehow?? Although that part of the registry would be super easy to mess up and then I am back to starting over

    I did that

I disabled it as I said, completely, and uninstalled software and the panel keeps moving as I type. Insidious to say the least at least for me. Do you know what will stop the panel I am keying into to stop bouncing around and moving. It trys to keep the focus in the center of the panel in the screen. That's what I want to stop. Thanks

Focus assist gives you the flexibility to choose when to block interruptions. Turn on Focus assist whenever you want to get things done without distractions, like notifications, sounds, and alerts.

Can you post a screenshot or video of your problem.
