How to stop boots in the middle of the night

For sometime, when I power down my computer it restarts itself later or in the middle of the night. How do I stop this? Using WIN10 Pro Version 20H2.

P.S. Computer is not sleeping or hibernating.

Turn it off [rather than sleep/hibernate it].

On many computers, you can also prevent Task scheduler waking the computer by hibernating it then turning off AC power.
    - I have one computer that this does not work for but it has applied to all others for a couple of decades.

To possibly find out what is causing this, download and run this Batch script [ written by me ] . . .

    > Attachment 309066.

It will create a PowerCFG_Detailed_Analysis.txt file on the Desktop.

It will also create the following files on the Desktop . . .

    Battery-Report.html
    Energy-Report.html
    System-Power-Report.html
    System-Sleep-Diagnostics.html

    I hope this hleps.

I did not see that line before.

Windows has no mechanism for turning on a computer that has been shut down other than 'Wake on LAN'.

Your Bios might though. Have a look there.
    - My Bios has the facility within the section Power management

I have seen this when a power supply has problematic +5 volt standby (+5vsb).

    Problem Corrected

Thanks everyone for your assistance. I believe I have solved my issue. This is a new computer build. The motherboard has two ethernet ports, one Intel and one Marvell. I was using the Marvell port which as an automatic WOL (Wake on LAN). After some other Windows switch settings (which did not work), it seems the move to the Intel port maybe has solved the problem, still testing.

Thanks again for all the assistance.
