How Do I Un-Install Windows 10?
On 08/07/2015 I upgraded my laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I cannot log onto my lap-top. On my Windows 8.1 log-in screen, my account was *removed*
When Windows 10 was installed, the log-in screen showed the same Microsoft account - *removed* . I tried my old password and it did not work. I tried resetting the password at account.live.com/password/reset at lease 4-times. I got different codes and changed the password but my Laptop Windows 10 does not accept any of the passwords.
I finally figured out that when I typed a password with special characters or number from 1-4, they do not register when I type them in. When I take these characters out and use just lower case letters and numbers from 6-9, they register but I am still unable to log-on.
In addition, when I try to enter Safe Mode, the Command Prompt is un-available. I spent time chatting with Microsoft’s Help Desk and they had no clue. They advised that I wait for a fix from Microsoft.
Since I cannot wait for a fix, I need to uninstall Windows 10. How do I do this?
