How can I go from windows 10 back to win 8.1?

Windows ten recently screwed my computer up and over no one else has the problem ( look at my other posts for details) I've literally removed my graphics card and it still happens now I want to know how can I go from win 10 back to 8.1 so I can install my graphics card again and have my flippin' PC back again.

It any one can't tell me how I appreciate it
Also I have no access to my PC only HP assistant, Ctrl all delete and the options within that
    I can answer questions also

There should be an entry in Add/Remove Programs, I think I saw it there, to remove Windows 10 and go back to the previous OS. But that was on a Windows 7 System I updated. Take a look in there. I don't have access to any of the systems I updated so I can't check on that.

It's easy really. goto All Settings, Update and Security, and then select Recovery. Make a choice from there and it should revert you back to your previous OS. Let us know if it worked or not.

Windows is not loading completely. screen keeps blinking on and off like it's trying to load. the circle stays on like its still thinking. Start box is at bottom of the screen , words- search web and windows on left and ? on right. I went to task manager and tried to restore microsoft windows and file system error(-2018374635) popped up. Sorry, I am not computer savvy, lol

    Edit : Remember i
Can only use HP support assistant and Ctrl all delete and the options within that

Unfortunately, it looks like most responders here have the basic inability to read what the OP said in
Also I have no access to my PC ...
To the OP: Since you appear to be able to get into the HP Support Assistant, see if there is an option there to open a trouble case with HP. If you can do that, they will respond with an email to the address you provide, telling you how to proceed further. IF all else fails, you may have to order Recovery Media from HP to restore your PC to its original state.

You're welcome Sir Aximus, glad you got it sorted with the help of the tutorial.

The tutorial section is THE place to go for help - always look there before posting ... you might find the solution much quicker.

Here are a few tuts that might help you do the upgrade (and a subsequent Clean install if you decide to do one)
