It is not easier if you use multimonitors because unfortunately it does not work on multimonitors/displays which both me and the post prior to mine did mention.
7+ Taskbar Tweaker does work on multimonitors :) Plus it does allow a number of other tweaking options as a bonus.

The beta deeps down that page claims it might work. It's offered as a feature.
The subject is pretty much straight forward. How can I remove that little grey line (or make it invisible) that separates the Taskbar from the Show Desktop button? I still want to use that button to show the Desktop, so I want to keep that button...

I need 1 of the 2 things found if possible for Windows 10 only. Either to remove the show desktop button (which I have no use for at all) at boot up, NOT startup, or remove taskbar at boot up, but still have access to the Windows key...
Comparing 4 computers with:
Windows 10 build 1703 x64
All have the latest updates from Windows Update
All have the same version of the Mail client from Windows Store
All have Office 2016 without Outlook
1 computer shows the delete button in...
You know, this little bugger. Any way to natively hide it with a registry hack? I've used 7+ Taskbar Tweaker but I hate how it HAS to run in the background.
