Problem 1: When my computer sleeps after inactivity, the internet would disconnect when I turn the computer on.
Problem 2: When I press the power button on my docking station ( few secs to put in sleep mode ) sometimes the laptop would start fresh as if it were shut down and restarted.

How can I fix?
What is the Laptop and Docking Station Make and Model #? Do you have an Ethernet internet cable plugged into the Docking Station or is it WiFi? Do you have the same issue when the laptop is not Docked?

These problems are known with the docking stations and Dell devices. It is how S3 aka Modern Standby works.
Check your wireless adapter in Device Manager, make sure Allow computer to turn off this device is unchecked.
