I currently work as ERP support person and have sometimes need to solve some little Windows issues because of my own or being asked by children or friends..
I'm using Win10 now but no deeper knowledge of the operating system.

    Hi there folks ..
just sayin' hello which is a rare thing for me. Have found a happy attachment to this site for some time now and hopefully for some time to come ..
Not the greatest of social communicators these days, so my silence is not to be taken as intended rudeness on my part.
In my 70's now but still enjoy being an advanced "nerd" and wondering what I'll do when I grow up !
Keeping up with the basics is my forte .. I still have an active Commodore 64 which has been part of my stable for many years but happy to run with (2) Asus gaming machines which have never even seen a game of cards played .. they do however suffice for my various activities in music and radio ..
Touch wood, I don't seem to have too many problems but keen to see what is happening since my old days as a "beta tester" from the '95 era ..
Methinks I've spruiked enough .. be good or be careful !

    cheers .. Biggles

First time here ever, today. I've been using Windows since 98se, except Millenium, 2000, 8, 8.1. I enjoy learning, research, yard work.

Welcome, Jon. I also go back aways, started building computers with MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 shortly after retiring in late '94 [2 months before turning 55], been doing part-time and freelance service since. I've used Windows since and in a shop got started with WinNT 3.5 while also running Win95 at home, only ones I haven't owned were WinME and WinVista.
