Cant drag and drop files in windows 10

    Cant drag and drop files in windows 10


    i just cant drag things from the desktop to any folders i have to cut and past it....

    any solution.

    Always cut and paste. Why would you want to hold a mouse button down anyway? You will be better off in 30 years with this technique. Also you wont "accidentally" drop something in the folder tree and not know where it fell.

    Just tried it out and you sort of can but it's a copy paste and not a cut and paste.

    Well that's what it did for me at least.

    Only If I move it to another drive

    got it.. I can cut and paste from my E drive to the C drive. Thanks...

    This still works on windows 10 also, my upgrade removed it from my reg but I put the move to back.

    Add Copy To / Move To on Windows 7 or Vista Right-Click Menu
