    IsaAgent error 1130 after CU KB4507469 Windows 10 v1809 July 09

Hi, after installing CU KB4507469 for Windows 10 v1809 I had this error isaagent 1130 every 5 minutes:

    Event 1130: isaAgent
1.0.0.532: Connection error: Unable to connect to the remote server: api.intelsa.intel.com
    Network available: True

    Attachment 239853

Did someone else have this error? Any suggestion? Thanks

in a way that just saying for me to go into the services and stop the "Intel security Assist" aka IsaAgent

But that doesnt really solve the problem since if i ever reactive this service that might be something important, the problem comes back

so far what i got from checking into it, is that this service cant contact this url
    'api.intelsa.intel.com' as in Juan post
    and
    https://api.intelsa.intel.com/SPEClo...latest/windows
    from the event viewer IsaAgentLog

from checking this log i also saw that i never had a problem with IsaAgent before, it suddenly started today 13/07/2019 and i have no idea why, i am not sure if its something with the windows update since my windows didnt update anything at that time(at last nothing on my event viewer)

and every place i check for that problem its always linking to something 2-3 years old, come on it cant be possible be the same problem since its not the "remote server" mentioned in these old one, none mentioned 'api.intelsa.intel.com' so please dont tell me to do a clean boot

anyone with any insight of whats happening or anything new?

In general: be VERY careful to update the Intel Management-drivers! Often this outdated system introduces big troubles. One of the best known bugs is the not completely powering down laptop. It looks off, but isn't powered down. Result: a boiling hot laptop in a bag and drained batteries. If you do not have this problem, don't take the risk to update. That was an extremely stupid advice from Microsoft, because they should know this problem very well. It was (and is) one of the biggest problems with laptops running Windows 10!

See my reply below, do not follow this route on laptops for sure...
