    Though I agree that Windows 7 I is my consideration for Best Version of Windows; but I think the version that made the biggest user experience had to be Windows 95/98. This brought us into a real user UI experience though it was clunky at times.

    The most important option isn't listed: Windows 8 with Stardock's Start8 and Modern Mix. That's the best version, as it's an overall improvement on Windows 7. But without Stardock, it's clearly the worst.
