Multiple Issues (SFC /SCAN, DISM, NOT WORKING)

    Hello all,

I recently upgrade from 8.1 Pro to 10 Pro.

All was well in the beginning but now things have gone haywire.

I want revert back to 8.1 pro but I dont want to lose my apps. I have critical settings in my apps... I do pro recording....

SFC Scan finds corrupted files but cannot fix, DISM /Restorehealth cannot fix... No restore points except 2 days ago....
Network adapters will not open....Cortana does not work on the taskbar....
The list goes on and on....

I am definitely in a pickle.... any help much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Layne

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

and then check that log file..

if it is caused by .sjon files those are MS tracing files that where flagged as corrupt by SFC - this is the usual and normal result

I am not the most seasoned with fixing these type of issues.

I have attached my dism log. I have no clue what it is telling me lol.

i can upload that and more if needed or wanted...

neither sfc nor dism are able to fix themselves... weird thing is only time it crashes is when i try installing GTA V lol other games are working fine. some downloaded data seems to be corrupting as well if that helps...

side note upgraded to win 10 from 8.1 on june 30th then followed online instructions for a clean install as i had been waiting on the update to do so. problems began as soon as i did the fresh install.

all hardware worked great a week(ish) ago all scans show everything still works great so i am blaming windows 10 for now. i still love it tho

golly gee wiz if i'm not stumped.
so here is the story. upgraded to windows 10 on the 31st when the windows 10 icon thing said i could.
update went smoothly only took a little while and i was in windows 10. i was like cool i like what they did here.
i wanted to reinstall windows and was waiting for 10 because i had a new SSD i wanted to park OS on. so i did what any one would do on day 2 of a new OS i looked online to see if i could do a clean install with my free windows 10 registration. i was so i formatted those drives and did a clean install woohoo clean OS happy me.
so i let OS update and all that everything went smooth just like the upgrade so i began reinstalling programs and moving into the new OS. while installing GTA V specifically i had CRC errors during cd install and a corrupt install upon completion so some forums told me rockstar had an online downloader for the game in case of cd damage so i went and grabbed that and started the 60gig download for gta v.
well here is where problems started as everytime i opened the gta v downloader my system would BSOD for memory management error. i did all hardware scans and everything seems to work fine from RAM to HDD and SSD.
finally i ran SFC.EXE to find corruption in the system that could not be repaired followed by a DISM.EXE that cannot find a source from either the DVD i installed windows from or the iso i downloaded today at work.
Ive been following this thread as well as several others waiting for some fix. ive tried all the steps.
I tried to reupgrade windows 10 from windows 10 with errors. tried that after unplugging all USB and thingies from system got BSODs and errors everytime and reverted back to corrupted windows 10. i reformatted again and reinstalled another clean windows 10 to no avail.
    jeez im lost.
