Looking at the OP it appears that you had it installed and then removed it. If so you can download a Windows 10 ISO and perform a clean install which will activate, that is if you want to.
I have to go to work, will check back here to see if anyone has something that might help with this. I really do appreciate all of your efforts and for being patient. Hope y'all have a good evening/day :)
ty Gary but no. I would like to get it back to Win7 I was having a lot of issues with 10 that is why I removed it, not knowing that it would be this much trouble or costly, but I do thank you for the help :)
okI've now been able to get the laptop to open to recovery tools, I tried the restore option but it said no restore points and it is limited capacity so that didn't work, but the other options listed are the command prompt, have no clue as to what to put in there:P Anyone have some ideas for me? would love to be able to fix this with someone else's help on here first if possible before taking it to a repair shop.
