That worked for me too but only for a short while.
got a similar issue where i can move my mouse and all, click on things but stuff wont open, i can open the menu and turn off the pc but it will simply be in a constant turning off loop, went so far as to get a new ssd ram and gpu but rubbish didnt work
Click on things meaning everything? and loop? your computer loops when you turn it off
I tried the powershell fix, but it didn't work for me. I got some error message saying to contact my software vendor.
I just ran the registry function in ccleaner and fixed the registry issues, which seemed to work, after rebooting.
Tells me I need administration privilages to do this, and because I opened it throught CMD I can't really right-click and open as administrator.
Is there a way to open as admin through the CMD without using the taskbar at all? I can't even search anything on the windows search bar or anything.
Windows 10 is the most frustrating O.S. I have work with, so far. Anyway, I have the start button not working super bug, too.
Up to now:
- I have run the Get-AppXPackage powershell command
- I have renamed the TileDataLayer folder
- I have executed the 10services_default batch file.
Still the same. Start button won't work. So what next?
