Advantages over 7?
For me it's leaner, faster, modern UI, and i like a lot of the metro apps.
W7 feels ancient and boring to me. I upgraded all my machines to 10.
Advantages over Windows 7?

I lost my nice little analog clock down in the bottom right corner and now have a monstrous thing that takes up about 1/3 of the screen. The media play (tv/movies ??) is more of an advertisement than an improvement, and I'd like to be able to uninstall a lot of crapware but it won't let me. I company that sneaks around with stuff this simple isn't to be trusted much longer, maybe not at the present either.

Yeah, I've heard it can be done with the powershell command line, but really, were back to that. Why not just go back to DOS and get it over with. I'll get around to it when I have the time to expend on something that use to be real easy. There's probably some money to be made in developing a program to do it, seems many want this "privilege." Fix the back-up while you're at it so it preserves the installed programs as well as the files and you can get rich. Thanks for the link. Having read it, people miss the point; it's not so much the space these programs use up, it's the congestion and distraction they demand. I know the system I create and can work with it easier if I'm not crawling over other stuff to get to my stuff. Why doesn't MS realize this, and other developers as well, to be fair. I've used less capable products simply because the means of learning and personalizing an inferior product were provided.

W10 is running quite flawlessly for me. I did a clean install though. I think most issues are stemming from people doing upgrades instead of clean installations. As for the benefits over 7, there are some: tightest kernel, more responsive system in general, etc.
I know, your mileage may vary.

Only thing I dont like is god damn administrator right. I tried everything and just cant get it to my account from admin account.
