    11Hi Brother,

Fortunately my computer did a clean reload of windows 10 and I created a restore point. I left the computer and it went to sleep. On my return, I tried to wake it up but no way. Then, I force close the PC and restarted. It won't. I have tried all the ways even restore point. It started restoring but in the middle of transferring files, it shut down and restarted with the basic first screen where you can press F12 for troubleshooting but it is dead.

My computer is totally free of the third party programmes including my Office 2010. I wanted to re-load it but my PC won't let me do.

This computer is another one of my wife. Please reply.

If you are running OK that is good. I cannot read the warning well but I think it says Windows cannot run a program. Try to remove as many of your third party programs as possible.
Go to start > control panel> programs and features and remove any you don't really need but do not remove any that are part of Windows. If in doubt do not remove.
It appears one of your programs is not compatible with Windows. What program were you running when this warning came up?

Same with me. My computer is very old. What about yours? I was going to buy a new computer as this one of my wife is working fine.

I don't play games or anything.

It seems Microsoft has NO CONSCIENCE OR SALT in Mammon.

Those who have conscience would not mess the customers around like this.

Great shame to MS people. No practical help is rendered either.

Me too! Don't have time to spend hours on solving problems vs serious work but some of this thread has at least eliminating chasing solutions that don't work.

Random freezes about daily since last update a few days ago. Prior was maybe weekly maybe after the Anniv update. In my case all of my Wi-Fi network loses connection even my VOPT phone line goes dead. Hard reboot brings all back even before Win10 follow loads it seems. No router or modem reset needed..

I have nothing really in common with most hardware/software listed here. I have never played a game on computer.

Have reset some power options but don't think that is my issue since total lockup even when working on something and sometimes away from. My only power saving is turn screens off after 20 minutes but locks up when actively working on.

Pre Anniv update would get long delays of freezes randomly but now ALL is dead, even after waiting 30 minutes and need to hard reboot.

Since it kills the Wi-Fi have done the netsh winsock reset. Scannow found no issues.

Since freeze is so random won't know if the winsock reset worked for a few days or a week if I don't have any freezes.

Very frustrating of course for all of us.

    >>Yes, mine is old too. However, I can offer up that you use IObit's driver updater to update the driver's unless you can at your manufacturer's site. Dell won't support my 5 year old XPS 8300 any more, the cheap skates. I used IObit's drivers and I have no freeze probleem.

    Hi Brother,

My Computer won't start at all. First screen comes and when I want to restore my PC, it crashes. Can I insert old Win 7 Pro. Disc to start my PC? I created some images, they do not work either.

I am in a real mess. Computer is of no good. It is all due to Win 10 upgrade. Many are suffering but MS people damn care.

How old is your computer and have you replaced any parts like the hard drive?
Inset the Windows 7 disc and see if you can see 'set up' to double click on.
If not, with the disc in, boot up and tap F 12 to see if you can boot from the disc.
You want to be able to start Windows installing the installation files for the operating system.
Once you get that done, use the drivers disc or the manufacturer site to install drivers starting with chipset then network>video>audio etc.

If nothing works, put the image disc in and see if you can boot from it to get your imge back - are you using Macrium, Aomei, Windows, Acronis or what is the imaging program?

    Hi Brother,

I created System repair disc reboot. It did work but soon the computer gave blue screen or the cursor would jam. It won't let me start the computer at all.

Seems to be beyond my capabilities. Computer is old. 2006 or so.

I have a recently bought computer and it is stable. May be I will need to buy a new computer.

No extra programmes as my machine got all the programmes out even my Office 2010. Could Office 2010 help boot the computer?

    Hi Brother,

I kept on trying and got it reset with basic. I have uploaded Office 2010 as well. I put my computer never sleep. Same with screen. Can I manually switch off the screen and start working again next day?

My mouse was jammed just now and I switched it off forced. Restarted it and no problem.

Now, I wanted to upload Iorbit programme for uploading drivers please. Would you send me the link again please?

    Here are my PC specs:-

Why nothing pasted? I copied it from Word.

Same again. I tried to attach a file but failed.
