Thanks, I get it! But, what does the word "explorer" do to make it work?

OK, I used the bat file and cleared the icons. New issues:

    1. Two icons are now missing and I don't know how to locate them. One is the Microsoft Store - and the other is Explorer.

    2. I created two shortcuts using Chrome and they are on my Desktop. Then, I changed the icons for both. Now, I'd like to place them on the Taskbar with the other icons in #1. However, I can't drag them there. When I try, I get a pop-up menu.

    Can someone help me please?

You'll lose all pinned apps on the taskbar when you reset it.

They can be manually pinned back though. Just be to to know what you have pinned before resetting to make it easier to pin them back afterwards.

    No problem. You can:

Open the Start menu, right click on Microsoft Store, click on More, and click on Pin to taskbar.

Open the Start menu, expand open Windows System, right click on File Explorer, click on More, and click on Pin to taskbar.

You can use the method in the tutorial below to create a shortcut on your Desktop from Chrome, right click on this shortcut, and click on Pin to taskbar.

Sorry Bob, I have no idea.

I found this method on a Polish forum and it works fine for me, so I hoped it would solve your problem, but from what I see it didn't since you are still searching for a solution. I must have misundestrood you due to linguistic problems - my apologies.
