You do not have a problem as those programs are registered Out look is not under O but in a folder under Microsoft your other programs may be hiding in a folder also.
They should show up under a search if they are in a folder. Its much quicker to search for the app than having to navigate to it

You can do a repair install of 10, I'm not positive if it will effect your installed program's though.
    It will repair the registry.

Then you should be able to pin it to your start screen.

Personally, I wouldn't begin to do repairs and stuff at this moment. He has the problem, I have the problem, and it seems others have it too (also on this forum). So there is something we have missed, or there is a slight bug...

Rerun the office setup, if memory serves me, it will detect its already installed and offer a repair option.

You might refer to this Arstechnica article discussing having the same issue with programs not showing up in search or the start menu.

It is mentioned that MS is using a database with a system account to generate that list, and it has a maximum of around ~500 entries.

And here is an MS thread about it

I don't see how that will help. The entries in the start menu are there. They show up in "all apps", just not when you do a search...
