For #1, have you tried installing the latest driver for your video card from the mfr's website?

I'm not familiar with the Nvidia control panel. Does it download the newest drivers prior to install or does it just install drivers that are already on your drive?

It connects to internet , checks for any Display Driver updates , then downloads them from Official Website (around 100-300 MB) then installs them. Basically it updates my drivers from Internet.

Check Hp's website for the biometric driver. Those drivers are OEM specific and are most likely not compatible with Win 10, I am sure HP has/or will have an update for them soon. I would start by going here and locating you specific machines model and seeing if there is an update available for it. Also the Nvidia drivers for Win 10 are the 353.62 drivers which can be acquired by going here and entering your product information : http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

It worked! The new thing i did was installing the driver manually by "Browse for driver Locally", selecting the Folder where Setup.exe was present.

installed them , still no luck
