    help i need solution for this.... btw i'm trying to run a japanese visual novel..its running fine in windows 8
    i already tried run as administrator or run it while my anti virus is disabled

    That sounds highly suspicious. Like you have a virus of some sort.

Solved Help ! System Interrupts are running are crippling CPU
All installed OK but unusable due to System Interrupts hogging the CPU. I don't know what these are but I'm unable to stop the process in task manager, the end process box is greyed out for this.
