How do I get Explorer to apply 'size all columns to fit' globally?

    One trick I just learned is to just move the Name column (which is usually the only one that needs to be resized since the others don't tend to vary much) to the far right, then just make it as wide as possible and then apply that to all folders. It takes a bit to get used to names being on the right but this basically solves the problem. I think its asinine that there's no way to set "Size all columns to fit" as the default. Heck it should be the default out of the box.
