When I start up the xbox app in win10 and try to sign in it says there is a problem with my account and to go to xbox.com and sign in. when I go to xbox.com it signs in fine. I have contacted xbox and they say it is a windows issue and windows says its an xbox isue. I have even tried making a new account from the xbox app and it still has the same problem. Has anyone else had this probelm? anyone know a work around?
I haven't received this issue, but I have noticed that if the user profile within Windows 10 becomes corrupt the Xbox app will not load and more than likely will loop indefinitely on the spinning animation. I had to reinstall the TP, update the app through Store, and then it finally worked as it should.
Are you able to get other things such as Store to fully launch? I ask, because what I experienced left all of the apps spinning until I did the reinstall.
Everything else seems to be working fine (my rig feels a little more sluggish than it did with win7).

Xbox App on Win10 is updated to the latest, but when I go to stream, it says that my Xbox or Xbox App needs to be updated still??
I have been trying to find forums and people online that have similar issues, but have been unsuccessful.
Is there something that i need to download on my Xbox at all? The settings are also enabled on my Xbox one.
Do i need to create a new thread or does anyone know what my issue is?
Is it because i am not part of the Preview program??
