Minecraft on Windows 10

I heard that Minecraft is getting a separate release for Windows 10 based on pocket edition and that will cost $10 from Windows store.

So if I buy Minecraft Win 10 version, would I get access to the Java vesion of minecraft??

I would just stick with the regular of MC. The Pocket version sucks.
