Hmm...still running fine here on 10074. I've had some issues with hard locks during cutscenes since I started using SLI, but that was remedied by drivers.
@xdarkmario Are you still having the same issues?
So if that's the case then maybe, it's the sweetfx that's causing it to not start at the launcher. It worked on build 46 or 52 but not 10074 or 10102. I'll have to try it without the sweetfx/reshade mod. I have a GTX 770 4GB single slot.

I honestly gave up, 60$ down the drain, rockstar wants nothing to do with me. Closed all my tickets

best to go back to windows 8.1, it only works there for me. I realized it works when you upgrade from 8.1 but if you clean install Windows 10 version 10074 and up, it won't launch the game.

This is the only way to get GTA 5 running on laptops with Intel/AMD :

Check this video on how to get gta V working on AMD GPU:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeelGDyaI0g

    Steps :
Download the required files given in the description of the video.
Now set gtaV.exe and gtaVlauncher.exe on high performance.
Launch gtaV.exe via steam if you have the steam version.
After signing in, wait 5seconds and then right click on GTA5Hotfix.exe and Run as Administrator.
Let the command prompt run and in 5minutes your game will be patched.
Once it says "Gta 5 has been patched. Press any key to continue.."
press enter and then gta 5 will launch via amd

    Note :
For best results, disable MSAA and remember to run this everytime before launching GTA V.

Files have been scanned and theres no virus.

Good Luck and let me know if it works for you or not !

It works for almost everyone and I am currently getting 30-50 fps.
Also make sure you have the latest 15.4 Beta drivers.

GTA works for me but it doesn't like alt tabbing and hangs the whole system.

New NVidia Windows 10 beta driver released yesterday.

All of the Windows 10 drivers from Nvidia have caused issues with my system, including hard locks when changing certain settings in game and when alt tabbing. I have to stick with an old DX11 driver for now in order to be able to play.

Its odd that one computer can be fine when the next one can have different problems.

I'm thinking SLI could be part of the issue...but I'm not willing to give that up just to be able to run the newest drivers.

Did you follow the same exact steps?
If yes, then what error are you getting?

Also when you open the hotfix you have to give it around ten minutes to do its thing.
