Hi. im having trouble on fifa 15 on my laptop. this is only for this specific game every other game works fine. i have all the latest vc++ and all the other stuff. i did all i could so please help me out!.

Try
running as administrator
running in compatible mode
uninstall all vc++, then reinstall only 2015 both x64 and x86 versions

If the issue persists, try working backwards on the versions (2013, 2012, 2010, .... both x64 and x86 versions)

It's not Win10 specific, so adjust the instructions (how to get to Settings - how to search, etc)
On EA forum, they mentioned, that GPU, which does not meet minimum requirements, might have problems with it, so an older driver is recommended, which is a problem, since you are using Windows 10 with an outdated intel hd 4000.
