Flt Simulator X Gold edition trouble, need help

Hello, I'm new to this forum, in fact this is my first computer forum. I have a brand new Dell computer that is running windows 10. I have no idea if my system data comes across so I will list a couple of items. It has a Intel Core i7-4790. has 16GB of memory, 2TB hard drive and a NVIDIA GeForce 705 2GB DDR3. I installed Flt Simulator X and everything seem to work fine. When I run the tutorials or the beginning flight it tells you when you are finished to hit the ESC button. When I do that the screen goes black but my cursor still moves. If I hit the ESC button again the flt comes back. I seem to have no way to exit the system and get back to the games home page. Any help would be appreciated. Update: If I select alt + Enter it goes into windows mode and gives me access to exit but it still gives me a warning that the program stop working and closes.
    Thank you

    Hi Mike

Trust all is well and welcome to Ten Forums.
Have you tried running the program in compatibility mode?

Also make sure that all your drivers, for your hardware are up to date.

Keep us posted on your progress

    Regards

BTW: I do have FSX Gold running on Windows 10 Pro x64.

Thank you Lomai, I know there is an update to my Windows 10 called version 1511 which I will update. There is also a driver update to my video card. I will let you know my results.
