Downloading Doom 3, keep getting error 1603.

I keep getting error 1603 when I try to download Doom 3. I am using a new pc with windows 10. What can I do to correct this.

Thanks for the interest. I was downloading from disk. I found out last night it might be that java was not fully loaded. I waited a couple of hours and restarted the pc. The game did load with no more problems.
