Bioshock Infinite doesn't run at all

Hello, I have this very bad problem with Bioshock Infinite on Steam, and I tried every solution I found on the internet. The game doesn't run at all. Steam says "preparing at launch", then nothing happens. Also benchmark doesn't run.I have the game installed on folder H, and I know this can cause issues, but I also tried to move installation folder on C, and the problem was still there. In Documents/My Games THERE ISN'T the folder of the game, but I tried to create all the folder structure, and nothing.I also tried to do a clean boot of Windows 10, with all apps disabled, also AntiVirus, and nothing...I have all updated drivers and all Win updates. I also tried to uninstall a few Win updates, just to be sure.I don't know what to do. This is driving me crazy.

Do you have a option to verify game files/ installation (for Bioshock)? You may get an error message giving you a clue as to what has happened, you could also try going into Steam app and uninstalling the Game then re installing. Also check in the Steam app for the setting that allows you to change where games are installed by default, check it matches what you think.
You shouldn't need to create any folder structures as Steam does that for you, moving game files around without using Steam could interfere with DRM.

I had the same problem, especially with the remastered versions. There was a solution posted on steam forums, but I can not find it right now. Steam does not care. They should have at least pinned the topic.

Maybe the thing about linking Documents folder with mklink command?

    Btw, thanks also to @Pejole2165
But I tried everything, and I think I'll install a Win 7 partition just to play the game.

EDIT: I can't, because my X570 motherboard doesn't have Win 7 drivers and I read it gives issues if you try to install with other drivers.
So, the only way to play this game, is on console or via GeForce Now.

I wonder if the gog version works fine, but it's very expensive, so I can't try right now.

Day late, but after reading this post I started my copy of Bioshock Infinite and it started and ran without issue. Played about 15 minutes before quiting. No issues at all. Yes, it's Steam based (as it should since the official game requires Steam).

BTW my entire game library (Steam, Origin, UPlay, and independents) are all on a separate drive (G for games) and I've never had an issue with any game because of this.
