Is there anyone else that has this issue and has fixed it yet?
Finally have a solution that's similar to what itsmebb experienced. If you let Windows install a generic High Definition Audio Device as the driver it will work. Apparently, Windows 10 comes with one. If you go to the Realtek driver and update it, instead of searching for one on the internet, select the browse my computer option and let me pick and it'll have High Definition Audio Device as an option. Installing that one worked and fixed the audio issue on my end. The downside is you lose the Realtek HD Audio Manager program or whatever audio program came bundled with the driver, which means losing the options you could have with the sound.
Well, Windows decided to just update itself and I ended up with another non-functional Realtek driver. Time to revert again I guess.
It dosent matter what your realtek version is. You have go to the C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA and open RtkNGUI64.exe .
Thats it!
And it will automatically turn on whenever you restart your pc.
THANK YOU.
