If those are optional stuffs it should be fine. But if not then definitely a no go.
Yeah they're optional, it's just all the bloatware that comes with the software disc. Don't install it and you'll be fine. Just as a bit of proof (not that you want it or asked for it) that I'm not just scaremongering, and to give you a heads up on what not to install:

    Thank you!

Even when I had my ASUS mobo, the only utilities I installed under AI Suite are the optimization and USB 3.1. I unchecked the rest.

@badrobot, @BunnyJ you're welcome. It's just best to avoid those sort of issues instead of solve them. Gigabyte are not alone in causing BSODs with their bloatware (I've seen ASUS ones as well) but they're certainly the worst.

Not only that but by the time MB gets installed, drivers and SW on disks are mostly outdated so I usually ignore them and anything needed get from MFGs site.

    It's perfect!

I went to the Gigabyte support site and it has Windows 10 64-bit drivers.

Good - I notice there are more Windows 10 drivers on the Gigabyte site than there were just a few days ago. I've been downloading as they show up.
