Cell Phone connecting to Computer's Explorer

    MTP device drive not installing


    Windows encountered a problem installing the MTP Device drivers.
    How to install these drivers to eliminate the problem stated below?

    When connecting my cell phone to my computer, I could then select what I wanted to check. Now, my cell phone will only be displayed when I select “PTP”.
    Here is how USB on the phone is set up in “Developer Options”:
    1. The Default Configuration
    File Transfer / Android Auto

    2.Selected USF Configuration
    MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)

    The phone will only be seen in Explorer when selecting PTP.
    How do I get back to my Default Configuration?

    Windows 10 Pro 5G
    Version 20H2
