    Hard Drive


    HI i have two hard drives one is c: the other is data how do I access this

    Hi and welcome to 10Forums.
    Can you please elaborate about the problem. Is it that you can't access second disk at all ? Does it show up in BIOS, Device Manager and Disk Management ?
    Could you please post a picture of your Disk Management ? It's possible that all it needs is a letter assigned to it.

    It does show up in device manager and file explorer i cant send anything to it ie put files on it

    I'm afraid we are still going to need more information. Does it have a drive letter (is it D: drive, E: drive, etc) and exactly what happens when you try to copy a file to it (do you get an error message)?

    its drive E when i right click and try send the drive is not listed

    You might want to do this to add a drive to Send to menu: Customize the Send To Menu in Windows 10, 8, 7, or Vista

    I understood that you needed to ad an entry on a right click on a file to send it to your E drive.
